Online Bookings (Self-Booking Packages)

Setting Up Self-Booking Packages and Your Booking Page

Self-booking packages allow your clients to book sessions directly through your website based on your availability and package options.

Follow the steps below to create your packages and publish your booking page.


Accessing Self-Booking Packages

  1. In Workspace, go to the top navigation menu.
  2. Select Client Management.
  3. Click Bookings and Availability.
  4. Select Self-Booking Packages (top centre of the screen).

Step 1: Create or Choose a Package

You can:

●     Review and edit a pre-set Workspace template

 or

●     Click New Self-Booking Package (top right-hand corner) to create your own


Step 2: Configure Package Details

Enter the following details:

●     Title

●     Project Workflow Template

 (For help setting this up, see the Gallery Workflows article)

●     Scheduling Mode

●     Minimum Booking Notice

 (e.g. require at least one week’s notice)

●     Specialty

●     Session Length

●     Calendar Slot Interval

●     Maximum Bookings Per Day

●     Booking Type

●     Location(e.g. studio, wedding venue, outdoor session)

●     Payment Required

●     Deposit Amount

●     Exclusive Booking Window

Step 3: Set Your Policies

Add important information for your clients:

●     Booking Notes & Policies

●     Cancellation Policy

●     Contract(optional)

Step 4: Define What’s Included (Items)

Under the Items section, set what is included in your base package (your minimum session cost), such as:

●     Session fee

●     Editing and retouching

●     Digital gallery

●     Other inclusions

Step 5: Add Optional Extras

Create add-ons that clients can select during booking, for example:

●     Albums

●     Wall art

●     Digital downloads

●     Travel fees

●     Additional services

Step 6: Enable Your Package

Once your package is ready:

●     Toggle Enable Self-Booking Package to make it live


Step 7: Create Your Booking Page

To allow clients to book online, you’ll need to add your package to a website page.

  1. Go to Website in the Workspace navigation.
  2. Select Website Pages.
  3. Choose an existing page or create a new one.


Add the Booking Widget

  1. While editing the page:

○     Click the “+” button in a blank section

 or

○     Click “+ More Widgets” within an existing section

  1. Scroll to Bookings, Forms & Socials.
  2. Select Booking.
  3. Choose the packages you want to display.
  4. Click Add.

Step 8: Save and Publish

●     Click Save

●     Ensure your page is Published so clients can access it
