Queensberry Workspace begins with Welcome, a free account for photographers who want to work with Queensberry. You can design and proof albums, manage your Queensberry orders and place wholesale product orders without paying for a Workspace subscription.
When you want to use Workspace more broadly to run your business, you can choose from the 10 Year, Basic, Pro and Pro+ plans. The best option depends on the storage, team access and business tools you need.
Welcome: free for working with Queensberry
Welcome includes the essential Workspace tools used to design and proof Queensberry albums and place wholesale orders. There is no Workspace subscription charge for these activities. Products and optional Queensberry services are charged separately, and wholesale purchasing remains subject to account approval.
Welcome is a good starting point when your main reason for using Workspace is to design albums or order Queensberry products.
10 Year
The 10 Year plan is a simple, low-cost way to use more of Workspace. One payment of US $129 provides access for ten years, with no monthly subscription during that period.
It includes 10GB of image storage, client galleries, a website builder, CRM and lead capture, projects, online selling and email marketing tools. Choose 10 Year if your storage needs are modest and you prefer to avoid ongoing payments.
Basic
Basic includes 50GB of image storage and is available monthly or annually. It suits individual photographers who regularly create client galleries, maintain a website and manage their client relationships through Workspace.
Pro
Pro is designed for growing photography businesses. It includes 1TB of image storage, video storage, support for up to five users and additional studio, marketing and gallery capabilities.

Pro+
Pro+ is for studios with larger teams, image libraries or marketing audiences. It includes unlimited image storage, increased video storage, higher email allowances and support for up to 50 users.
