Gallery Sales Workflows help you automate communication and promotions around your galleries, so you can drive sales without needing to manually follow up.
You can set up a series of emails, reminders, and banners that run alongside your gallery for example:
- Announcing when a gallery is live
- Sending reminders before a gallery expires
- Following up on abandoned carts
- Promoting offers or deadlines with in-gallery banners
Each workflow is tied to a gallery type, allowing you to create tailored experiences for different kinds of work (e.g. weddings, portraits, or school photography).
Getting Started
To access Gallery Workflows:
- Navigate to Client Management
- Select Gallery Workflows
From here, you can create and manage your workflows.
Creating a Workflow
You can either start from scratch or use a template as a starting point.
Create a Blank Workflow
Build a workflow that suits your process by adding emails, announcements, and banners.
Use a Template Workflow
Start with a pre-built structure, then customise it to fit your needs.
For both options, you’ll define:
- Workflow name and description
- Gallery type (which galleries the workflow applies to)
Building Your Workflow
Workflows are made up of a combination of emails and banners that trigger at specific times.
Emails
Set up automated emails to communicate with your clients throughout the gallery lifecycle.
You can customise:
- When the email is sent (e.g. after gallery release, before expiry, or a specific date)
- Subject line and content
- Call-to-action buttons
Common uses include announcements, reminders, and abandoned cart follow-ups.
Banners
Add visual prompts directly within your gallery to highlight key messages or promotions.
You can:
- Display banners at the top of the gallery or between images
- Schedule when they appear
- Customise text, styling, and layout
These are ideal for promoting deadlines, special offers, or important updates while clients are actively viewing the gallery.
Customising Your Workflow
You can edit, remove, or add new emails and banners at any time to suit your process.
Workflows are flexible, so you can keep them simple or build out a more detailed sequence depending on how you like to manage your gallery sales.
