Use a Workspace Print Shop to present a curated collection of photographs or artwork and sell print products online. This guide gives you a practical order for setting up the shop and links to the detailed instructions for each stage.
1. Decide what you want to sell
Start with a focused collection. If you have a large library, divide it into clear categories or collections so customers can find relevant work without searching through hundreds of images.
Choose the product range at the same time. Think about loose prints, matted prints, frames, canvases and the sizes that suit your images.

2. Prepare files for the products
Prepare each file for printing before upload. Check colour, exposure, resolution, orientation and crop. The file should have enough pixels for the largest product you intend to offer.
Pay close attention to aspect ratio. If an image and product have different proportions, part of the image must be cropped. Either offer products that match the file or prepare separate versions for different ratios.

3. Build the price list
Create a price list containing the products, sizes, finishes and retail prices you want customers to see. Keep the first version manageable and make sure the products suit the files assigned to it.
If you use several image ratios or collections with different product ranges, separate price lists may make the buying experience clearer.

4. Set up payments, tax and business details
Stripe must be connected before you can accept sales through Workspace. Review the tax, currency, delivery and business details used at checkout. Your responsibilities vary by location, so obtain professional tax advice where necessary.
- Set up Stripe for Workspace.
- Read about tax and your Workspace sales.
- Set up your business details and logo.
5. Create the Print Shop gallery
- Open your galleries area and create a new gallery.
- Select the Print Shop gallery type.
- Add the gallery name, description and appropriate privacy settings.
- Assign the price list.
- Upload the prepared files.
Follow the detailed Print Shop creation and upload steps.
6. Add useful information to each image
Give images clear titles and descriptions where appropriate. Assign the correct price list and check the customer-facing presentation.
Workspace can generate product preview scenes for eligible Queensberry-fulfilled products. These scenes adjust with the selected product size and provide a visual guide rather than an exact room measurement. You can turn generated scenes off. If you upload your own image for a product, Workspace stops using generated preview scenes for that product and displays your uploaded image instead.

7. Customise and connect the shop
Add your logo and business details, then use Website Styles to establish the shared fonts, colours and common design elements used by your Workspace website. Workspace no longer uses the former theme system. Styled component libraries and website templates are planned to provide additional starting points over time.
You can use your Workspace website as the main home for the shop, display the broader shop using Print Shop Gallery, feature a curated selection using Print Feature, or link to the Workspace shop page from an independently hosted website.
- Customise your Website Styles.
- Build or link your Print Shop page.
- Display your Print Shop and feature selected prints.
8. Review before launch
Open the shop as a customer and check a small representative sample: navigation, image descriptions, product options, crop previews, prices, tax, delivery and checkout. Correct anything unclear before sharing the shop publicly.
If a product, size or price is not appearing as expected, work through the price-list checks before launch.
Troubleshoot a Gallery Price List or product.
9. Launch and maintain it
Share the shop through your website, email and suitable social channels. Return periodically to remove unavailable work, update prices, review links and keep the collection focused.

- Use your Print Shop XML feed for advertising.
- Organise and maintain your live Print Shop.
