Set up selling in Workspace
To start selling in Workspace, you’ll need to create a price list, set your tax rates, and connect Stripe so your sales revenue can be paid out to you. This will allow your clients to purchase products and downloads directly from their gallery.

Set tax rates
Before accepting payments, configure your tax settings:
- Go to Settings → Shopping Cart Settings
- Scroll to Enter Tax Rates
- Enter your tax rates
- Add your tax number (GST, VAT, etc)
Create a price list
Price lists control what you sell and how much you charge.
- Go to Settings → Price Lists
- Click Create Price List
- Add your products (e.g. prints, albums)
- Set your pricing

Connect Stripe for payments

Apply your price list to a gallery
- Open your gallery
- Enter gallery settings (cog icon)
- Attach your price list

Test your setup
Before sharing with clients:
- Open your gallery as a client
- Add a product to cart
- Complete checkout

What your clients can do
With selling enabled, clients can:
- Select images
- Purchase products or downloads
- Pay securely online
