Assets, Galleries and Albums

Before you start

Before continuing, we recommend you complete:

A digital folder

Back in the days of print-outs and paper you might have carried a folder or binder with everything to do with a Project. Now it's all gone digital. We've already mentioned how Contracts, Quotations and Invoices etc are linked to the Project, but what else can go in this "digital folder"?

Assets & External Links

You have the option to either upload files or link to external URLs (e.g. mood boards or Dropbox folders) to make them accessible to this Project. You can choose to make these accessible on the Client Portal if you wish.

Image Galleries

As you create related Galleries you can add them to the Project. Click + Add Image Gallery and select off the pop-up list.

Linking Galleries here gives you a short cut to all Gallery-related functions and activity.

Albums

The same applies to Albums. Click + Add Album and select off the pop-up list.

Albums and Galleries are both listed in the order they were entered, with the most recent first.

Also…

Internal Notes is a place to add comments related specifically to this project but not intended for sharing with the client.

Activity automatically records things happening within the Project as they unfold. (e.g. "invoice sent").
